Carseat safety check

While on our last road trip we had just finished lunch and was getting the kids back into their car seats when I noticed the infant carseat was slipping around. We were very surprised and confused to how it was not secured. Thankfully we noticed before getting back on the road. We were able to adjust the straps and secure the base fairly quickly without spending too much time in the heat of mid day.

Earlier in the week I noticed Finn's convertible car seat was unbuckled from the car which was super scary to think of what could have happen if we didn't see it and fix it.

This is a great safety check reminder - wiggle those car seats before kiddos get in and make sure they are secure before getting on the road.
